Here at SHVC, I am able to review your pet's health history, discuss your concerns, and advise you on a homeopathic treatment and any other recommendations that can help strengthen your pet's wellbeing so that they are able to recover from their illness and improve their emotional state. I am not able to be present for in-person consultations which prevents me from being able to perform a proper physical examination on your pet. Therefore, it is best to always have a good working relationship with a local veterinarian for diagnostics and other services, even if you are seeking alternative treatment options other than prescription drugs. During the initial consultation we will go through your pet's health and behavior history as well as discuss all your concerns. I will then select a homeopathic remedy that fit’s your pet’s unique specific needs. The initial zoom intake appointment varies between 60 to 120 minutes. Follow up appointments are VERY important as we will be healing your pet, not suppressing symptoms. Homeopathic healing is best monitored by follow up evaluations anywhere between 1-12 weeks based on the symptom picture. Overall, homeopathy leads to an improvement in patients from the inside out, often restoring and brightening their overall well-being.

Dr. Sarina received her doctorate in veterinary medicine from St. George's University and graduated with honors in 2018. She immediately started her career in a rapidly growing, fast-paced practice where she performed emergency care, surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, exotic care, pain management, geriatric care, and body work.
She earned her fellowship into The American Academy of Ozonotherapy in 2020 which provided her the education and training that helped her incorporate ozone therapy into the care of her patients. She then further expanded her education and completed Veterinary Homeopathy training in 2025.
Dr. Sarina takes pride in being an integrative veterinarian and approaching her patients as whole, functional, unique individuals. She feels passionately that homeopathy, nutrition, and ozone therapy are key factors in the success of finding balance within the body and mind that supports the overall wellbeing and longevity in her pet patients.
